Because I happen to believe that if we put in concerted effort we can make the world a better place, there are a few projects that I actively support either financially or through other forms of collaboration. These are projects I have donated money too, marched in the streets with, connected to resources, and or volunteered time and technical services.

Sacramento Community Land Trust
By building community cooperative based models for property ownership the Land Trust holds property for community use in perpetuity, fostering an inclusive and accessible model of ownership. I was elected to the board in Jun of 2024.
League of Women Voters

The League is a collation of women and men who work to advocate for and educate people on voting issues including reforms and policies to increase access and foster an engaged electorate. I volunteer at events.
More Life Academy

A nonprofit private tuition free school located in Del Paso Heights that provides opportunities to youth who’s life circumstances has taken away normal educational opportunities. Some of these kids were homeless or have endured trafficking. I host morelifeacademy.com for the school and assist with web development.
Organize Sacramento

Bringing together undeserved communities to advocate for the issues that matter most to them, Organize Sacramento has fought for the cities most vulnerable by organizing around transit rights, community benefits agreements and other city wide policies that help to protect our most vulnerable residents.
Sacramento Latino Democrats Club
Sac Latino Dems is focused on advocating for the issues of the Latinx community. The club lobbies representatives and endorses candidates. Activities include supporting local reform efforts, community engagement and education campaigns, writing letters in support of essential community programs, and collaborating with other organizations. I was elected to the board and serve as the club secretary.
The Oak Park Eggery

An innovative urban agricultural ecosystem that use chickens to up-cycle food waste and feed communities in food deserts. Food waste is traded for eggs, chickens eat the waste and produce fertilizer for gardens which provides vegetables and fruit to the community and return as food waste. I built and host their website.
IAMSAC Foundation

The I am Stephon Alonso Clark Foundation was built by Stevante Clark after his brother was shot by police in his grandmothers backyard. This organization promotes healing and advocates for the communities needs by bridging the gap with love.
Sacramento DPSC

Sacramento County Democrats Central Committee sets policy, raises funds, endorses and donates to candidates. It serves as the local arm of the party and plays a key role in the local Democrat community. I help with technical support, operate their monthly hybrid meetings, and helped to write the party platform.
